Withdrawal Rules

Once the challenge stages are complete, the account moves to funded status. Payouts are calculated from the trading result, provided the challenge conditions are met.

Conditions for a request

RequirementValue
Length of the payment periodat least 14 calendar days
Profit daysat least 5
Risk parametersno breaches
Withdrawal amountfrom $1 up to the available profit, within the limit
Free marginthe amount must be available as free margin, not tied up in open positions
Walletan address for receiving USDT on one of the supported networks

The 14-calendar-day count starts when the account moves to funded status and restarts after every successful withdrawal. A request can be submitted on any day once that period has elapsed.

Payout networks

Payouts are made in USDT on one of three networks: TON, Base or BSC (BNB Smart Chain).

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your wallet supports the chosen network — sending to an address on an unsupported network can result in the loss of funds.

Withdrawal limits

In a single trading period, profit can be withdrawn from a funded account up to a set percentage of the account's starting balance.

Account sizeLimit, %Limit, $
$5,00050%$2,500
$10,00040%$4,000
$25,00040%$10,000
$50,00025%$12,500
$100,00020%$20,000
$200,00015%$30,000
Worked examples of the limit

A $10,000 account, 40% limit — $4,000.

Earn $2,000 and the whole amount is available. Earn $6,000 and $4,000 can be withdrawn, with the remaining $2,000 carried over to the next period.

A $200,000 account, 15% limit — $30,000.

Earn $45,000 and $30,000 can be withdrawn. The remaining $15,000 becomes available in the next trading period, provided all of its conditions are met.

Profit above the limit stays on the balance, remains available for trading and widens the buffer before the maximum drawdown threshold. To withdraw it in the next period, every requirement has to be met again: the length of the period, the profit days and compliance with the risk parameters.

Platform fee

A fee of 10% to 20% of the withdrawal amount is deducted from each request, matching the profit split scheme in force on the account. The amount you will receive, with the fee applied, is shown before you confirm the request.

Restrictions

  • One request per period. After a request is submitted, no further request can be made until the next period begins — even if only part of the available amount was withdrawn.
  • A breach of risk parameters. The account closes automatically and all accumulated profit is forfeited.

A fair trading environment

Upscale operates a trading challenge model: the platform provides access to accounts with a defined notional amount, risk limits and rules, and payouts are calculated from the trading result. That result has to come from market price movement — not from technical errors, incorrect quotes or other non-market situations.

In these rare cases Upscale may review the result of individual operations or decline a payout if the profit came specifically from a non-market situation.

How a withdrawal affects the account

A withdrawal reduces equity, but this has no effect on how the daily and maximum drawdown are calculated: those limits are still measured from the account's starting balance.

The exception is Turbo, where maximum drawdown is measured from the highest balance reached: after a withdrawal, that figure and the closure threshold are both recalculated downwards. The mechanics are explained on the Challenge & Trading Rules page.
